My name is Reiss and I am a professional Real Estate Salesperson (Property Agent) in Singapore.

Having graduated with a Building (Real Estate) degree, I have taken on the job of managing a large-scale condominium project in Singapore before venturing into independent real estate agency services.

The knowledge and experience gained from property management have helped me to better handle the needs and requirements of home owners, tenants and my network agent colleagues.

Through the many years of practising as an agent, I have learned to listen closely to my clients, to understand what my clients really need, what their concerns really are, and seek the best solution for my clients.

I believe in making the effort to “feel” the needs of my clients, to step into their shoes, to see things from their perspective, before making recommendations.

I belong to a company with more than 30 years of history in the Singapore real estate sector.

We are well-versed in public (HDB) and private residential, commercial and industrial properties

Together, we have witnessed many highs and lows of the property cycles, and through it all, we have learned much, and our clients stand to gain from our experiences.

Our portfolio consists of major MNCs (in sectors such as banking & finance, IT, services, etc), international schools, local SMEs and many renowned and outstanding individuals in Singapore.

Property search databases, internet access, property marketing tools and photography services are all readily available for your use.

We do not have a course available for you to attend, but if you are new to the industry, you will definitely be doing lots of OJT (on-job-training). We believe the best way to help new agents is through real practice sessions. You can read up on the theory yourself, in fact you can attend the Real Estate Salesperson Course.

Your seniors will lend you a hand and provide you with “leads” to help you take the 1st major step towards success. Along the way, you WILL encounter problems, and we WILL guide you through the proper process and procedures.

Commission structure will be determined based on your current experience, typically ranging from 80/20 for inexperienced agents to 90/10 for experienced agents.

Minimum requirements

For new agents – Diploma holder (preferably in Building & Real Estate) or at least 1 year experience in the property (valuation, management, marketing or investment) industry.

For experienced agents – industry certified certs such as CES, CEA, CEHA, RES, etc

Having personal transport is preferred, but not a requirement.
